Think Yourself Beautiful



Act like you're the most beautiful person in the room for 10 minutes


Channel Beauty - think of someone you really admire for their beauty, confidence and people skills, then imagine you are that person when you walk into a room


Dress To Feel Good - wear clothes that make you feel your best


Focus on your Good Points - instead of dwelling on your flaws.  If you have great hair or eyes, flaunt it.


Accept Bad Hair Days, they're unavoidable, just let those days go.
